1. Sponsor and Administrator

The Coffee & Chill x Longbridge Summer Giveaway (the “Promotion”) is sponsored by Longport Technology LLC, 11801 Domain Blvd, Floor 3, Austin, TX 78758 (“Sponsor”), and administered by Coffee & Chill New York LLC, 418 Broadway STE R, Albany, NY 12207 (“Administrator”).

2. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins on August 5, 2026 at 6:00 PM Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on August 19, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET (the “Promotion Period”).

Administrator’s computer is the official timekeeping device for the Promotion.

3. Eligibility

The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the 49 U.S. states, excluding Rhode Island, and the District of Columbia who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of entry.

The winner’s guest must also be at least twenty-one (21) years of age and meet all eligibility requirements (age, residency, not an excluded employee/family member).

Employees, officers, directors, agents, representatives, contractors, and vendors of Longport Technology LLC, Longbridge, Coffee & Chill New York LLC, BLADE, Montauk Beach House, and any other prize provider or Promotion partner, as well as their immediate family members and members of the same household, are not eligible.

Void where prohibited by law. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and to the decisions of Sponsor and Administrator, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion.

Employees, officers, and directors of Longbridge Financial LLC and Coffee & Chill NY, and their respective parent, subsidiary, and affiliated companies, along with their immediate family members (spouse/domestic partner, parents, children, siblings, and their respective spouses) and members of the same household, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter. This also excludes any agency, contractor, or vendor engaged in connection with the development, administration, or execution of this Sweepstakes, and their immediate family/household members.

4. How to Enter

During the Promotion Period, entrants must:

1. Complete the official giveaway entry form;

2. Follow @coffeeandchillny and @longbridgeapp on Instagram and like the official giveaway post; and

3. Tag the person they would bring in the comments of the official giveaway post.

Only one entry form may be submitted per person.

Additional Entries: Each additional unique person tagged by an entrant in the comments of the official giveaway post earns that entrant one additional entry. Tagging the same Instagram account more than once will not result in additional entries.

Bonus Story Entry: Entrants may receive one additional entry by sharing the official giveaway post to their Instagram Story, tagging @coffeeandchillny and @longbridgeapp, and including #LongbridgeHamptonsGiveaway. Entrants with private accounts must provide reasonable proof of the Story share if requested by Administrator.

Instagram Comment Entries: Comment on the designated Giveaway post and tag the person you would bring with you. Each unique person validly tagged will count as one entry. Entrants may receive additional entries by tagging additional unique people. Tagging the same person more than once will not result in additional entries. Automated, fraudulent, irrelevant, or spam entries may be disqualified at the Sponsor’s discretion.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

On or about August 21, 2026, one (1) potential winner will be selected at random from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Each valid entry will be given equal weight in the random drawing. Because entrants may earn multiple entries by tagging additional unique people, an entrant who submits more valid entries will have proportionally greater odds of winning than an entrant who submits fewer valid entries.

The potential winner may be contacted by email, phone, and/or Instagram direct message using the information provided with the entry.

The potential winner must respond and confirm eligibility within 24 hours of notification. If the potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the required period, declines the prize, fails to meet an eligibility requirement, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate potential winner may be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries.

The potential winner may be required to complete and return an affidavit or declaration of eligibility, liability release, publicity release, tax documentation, and any other documents reasonably required to award the prize.

6. Prize

One (1) winner will receive a Hamptons weekend for the winner and one (1) guest from August 28 through August 30, 2026, consisting of:

One (1) one-way BLADE flight for two people from Manhattan to East Hampton;

Winner and guest are responsible for all transportation and expenses required to get to Manhattan for the BLADE departure.

Private ground transportation for the winner and guest from the East Hampton BLADE arrival location to Montauk Beach House upon arrival;

One (1) room accommodating the winner and guest for two nights at Montauk Beach House, checking in August 28 and checking out August 30, 2026; and

Two (2) tickets to every remaining eligible Coffee & Chill event occurring in 2026.

The total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the prize is $4,800.

The prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash or resold. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any unavailable prize or prize component with a prize or service of comparable or greater value.

Travel, accommodations, and experiences are subject to availability, weather, operating conditions, provider rules, schedules, and other restrictions. The winner and guest are responsible for complying with all requirements imposed by BLADE, Montauk Beach House, Coffee & Chill, and any other prize provider.

Unless expressly included above, return transportation from the Hamptons, meals, gratuities, incidentals, personal expenses, and any other costs associated with accepting or using the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

If the actual value of the prize is less than the stated ARV, the difference will not be awarded in cash.

The winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with the prize and may be required to provide appropriate tax documentation. A tax information return may be issued as required by law.

7. Prize Dates

The travel dates are August 28–30, 2026.

If the winner is unable to participate on those dates, the winner may forfeit the applicable prize and an alternate potential winner may be selected.

The winner’s guest must be 21 years of age or older and may be required to sign applicable releases or other documentation prior to participating.

8. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor and Administrator to use the winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, Instagram handle, and city of residence for purposes of announcing and promoting the Promotion without additional compensation.

9. Privacy and Entrant Information

Information submitted in connection with the Promotion will be used to administer the Promotion, verify eligibility and entries, contact entrants and the winner, fulfill the prize, prevent fraud, and comply with applicable law.

As disclosed on the entry form, information provided by entrants will be shared with Longport Technology LLC, which may contact entrants by email regarding its products, services, and promotions.

Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing emails in accordance with the instructions contained in those communications. Unsubscribing from marketing communications will not affect an otherwise valid Promotion entry.

Coffee & Chill SMS marketing is subject to a separate, optional consent and is not required to enter or win.

Information will otherwise be handled in accordance with the applicable privacy policies linked on the Promotion entry page.

10. General Conditions

Sponsor and Administrator reserve the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these Official Rules, attempts to interfere with the Promotion, submits fraudulent entries, or otherwise acts in an abusive, deceptive, or unfair manner.

Sponsor and Administrator reserve the right to suspend, modify, or cancel the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, Instagram or other platform outages, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond their reasonable control materially affect the integrity or proper operation of the Promotion.

Failure by Sponsor or Administrator to enforce any provision of these Official Rules will not constitute a waiver of that provision.

11. Release and Limitation of Liability

By participating in the Promotion, entrants agree, to the fullest extent permitted by law, to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Administrator, BLADE, Montauk Beach House, Instagram, and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising directly or indirectly from participation in the Promotion or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize, except where such release is prohibited by law.

Sponsor and Administrator are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, invalid, misdirected, or undeliverable entries or communications, or for technical, network, platform, computer, human, or other errors that may occur in connection with the Promotion.

12. Instagram

This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram.

By entering, each entrant completely releases Instagram from any responsibility or liability associated with the Promotion.

Entrants understand that they are providing their information to Sponsor and Administrator and not to Instagram.

13. Governing Law

The Promotion and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Promotion or these Official Rules will be resolved individually and subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate state or federal courts located in the State of New York.
